No Refunds for Subscription Packages
Sellers who subscribe to premium packages are not eligible for refunds, as all sales for paid features are final. We recommend that sellers carefully review the subscription details before purchasing.
Refunds for Double Payments
In the event that a seller accidentally makes a double payment for a subscription package, we will review the transaction and process a refund for the additional charge. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days but may take up to 60 days in certain cases.
