How to Register as a Client

1. Go to the ServisWork website's registration page.

2. Click on "Sign Up" or "Register with Us."

3. Choose the "Client" option.

4. Enter a valid email address.

5. Enter the verification code sent to your email.

6. Provide the name you want to display on your profile, your location, and confirm your password.

7. Congratulations! You can now post a job or explore the seller's marketplace.

How to Post a Job Request

• Login:

  • Visit the ServisWork website.

  • Log in to your account.

• Create a Request:

  • Click on "Post Request."

• Select a Category:

  • Choose the relevant category for your job request.

• Provide Job Details:

  • Offer a brief, clear description of your job requirements.

• Contact Information:

  • Enter your full name, email address, and location.

• Estimated Budget (Optional):

  • If you have a specific budget in mind, you can include it.

• Add Visuals (Optional):

  • If you have any relevant images or documents to support your request, you can upload them.

• Submit:

  • Review your request.

  • Click "Post Job" to submit your job request.

• Your job request is now live on ServisWork, ready to connect you with qualified service providers who can assist you.

Client's Job Posting Process

• Post a Job:

  • Once a client posts a job, it will be showcased on the ServisWork marketplace.

• Notification to Service Providers:

  • All qualified and experienced service providers relevant to the job will be immediately notified via email alerts.

• Suggested Service Provider Profiles:

  • ServisWork provides clients with profiles of qualified service providers best suited for the job.

• Service Provider Responses:

  • Service providers promptly respond to the job posted by the client.

• Client Alerts:

  • The client receives in-platform and email alerts when a service provider expresses interest in their job posting.

• Initiate Communication:

  • The client initiates the first message to the service provider.

How a Client Communicates with a Service Provider

• Outside the Platform:

  • Clients can directly contact service providers using the contact information provided on their profiles, such as mobile phone numbers or email addresses. This allows for open discussions about pricing, work arrangements, and payments outside the platform.

  • Login to Your Account:

  • Search for Service Providers:

    • Use the search bar located at the top of the website to find service providers by their name, category, or service.

  • Review and Filter:

    • Review service provider profiles and filter them based on your specific case needs.

  • Initiate Communication:

    • Start a conversation with the service provider by clicking "Chat with me."

    • Make a direct service booking by clicking "Book/Order."

  • Login to Your Account:

    • Log in to your ServisWork account.

  • Explore Categories:

    • Browse through the categories displayed on the home page.

  • Review Service Provider Profiles:

    • All service provider profiles within the selected category will be displayed.

  • Review and Filter:

How to Make a Booking as a Client

1. Visit ServisWork Website and Login:

   • Go to the ServiceMate website.

   • Log in to your account.

2. Search for a Service Provider:

   • Use the search bar to find a service provider who matches your requirements.

3. Review Service Provider Profiles:

   • Click on the service provider's profile to learn more about their expertise.

4. Select Your Service:

   • Click on "Book/Order" to initiate the booking process.

5. Choose Date and Time:

   • Select your preferred date and time for the service.

6. Confirm Your Booking:

   • Confirm your booking, and it will be sent to the service provider.

7. Initiate Communication:

   • The service provider will receive your booking request and respond through a chat conversation.

8. Payment Process:

   • The service provider will send an invoice to you. Alternatively, you can directly book the service once you both agree on all the requirements.

9. Invoice Confirmation:

   • After receiving the invoice, you can confirm the booking by selecting the date and time.

10. Service Delivery:

    • The service provider will provide the requested service and send you a note regarding the completion.

11. Client's Decision:

    • You have the option to either accept or reject the work delivered by the service provider.

12. Feedback and Review:

    • If you accept the work, you can leave feedback by providing a review and rating.

13. Order Continuation:

    • If the client rejects the work, the order will proceed based on the given scenario and client preferences.

How to Register as a Service Provider

1. Visit ServisWork Website:

   • Go to the ServiceMate website.

3. Choose the "Service Provider" option to create your service provider profile.

4. Provide a valid email address.

5. Enter the verification code sent to your email.

Profile Details:

• Fill in the name you want to display on your profile.

• Specify your work location.

• Confirm your password.

Business Info:

• Upload a real picture to personalize your profile.

• Choose whether you are an individual or a company.

Specialties:

• Add or delete your service specialties.

• Advertise your services by creating service ads.

Select Service Type:

• Specify if your services are digital or physical.

Select Category:

• Choose the relevant category for your services.

• Select the sub-category, if applicable.

Service Name:

• Specify the name of your service.

• Choose your preferred currency (e.g., PKR, USD).

• Set your service price.

• Select whether it's a fixed price or hourly rate.

• Provide a brief service description (between 20 to 100 characters).

• Upload an image related to your service.

Completing Your Service Provider Profile Information:

Basic Info:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Add your date of birth.

• Choose your gender.

• Input your contact details, including your email address.

• Include your address.

• Write an introduction about yourself.

Profile Video (optional)

Payment Methods:

• Select the payment methods you accept (e.g., M-Pesa, Cash, Bank Account, PayPal).

Social Media Links:

• Include links to your social media profiles, such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and your personal website.

• By default, these will be locked, and you need to unlock them using credits if you want to display your social media on your profile to increase the credibility of your profile on ServisWork.

Team Members:

• If you have team members, provide their names, roles/job titles, expertise, and images.

Identity Proof:

• Specify your ID issuing country and provide your ID number.

• Attach an image of your ID document.

Certificate:

• Add details about your certificate, including the institute's name, registration number, and a description.

• Upload the certificate document.

Change Password:

• To change your password, follow these steps:

  • Visit the website Servis.Work

  • Click "Login" and enter your login details.

  • Click on your account.

  • Select "Change Password."

  • Add and confirm the new password.

  • Click on "Change Password."

Forgot Password:

• In case you forget your password, here's how to reset it:

  • Enter a valid email address.
