By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in this User Policy. This policy governs the behavior of all users on our site, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.

Visitors' Guidelines
Visitors to Servis.work can browse available services without registering an account. However, visitors are not allowed to interact with sellers or make purchases until they create an account. Any visitor who violates platform rules, such as attempting unauthorized access, may be blocked or banned.

Buyer Guidelines
As a buyer, you are entitled to use Servis.work free of charge. Buyers can browse service listings, communicate with sellers, and hire professionals across various categories. Buyers are expected to:

• Provide accurate details when requesting services
• Respect seller timelines and payment agreements
• Adhere to platform policies during communication and negotiations Buyers may also be required to verify their identity before finalizing large transactions or sensitive service requests.

Seller Guidelines
Sellers on Servis.work can start with a free package or upgrade to subscription-based premium packages. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate service descriptions, delivering services as agreed upon, and adhering to all platform rules. Key seller obligations include:

• Holding valid licenses or certifications for services offered (if applicable)
• Communicating professionally and timely with buyers
• Handling disputes professionally and seeking platform assistance when necessary

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, we encourage both parties to attempt resolution through direct communication. In cases where an agreement cannot be reached, Servis.work will mediate the dispute fairly, based on the information provided by both parties. Visitors do not have access to dispute resolution unless they become registered buyers or sellers.

Account Suspension and Termination
Any user (buyer, seller, or visitor) who violates platform rules, provides false information, or engages in prohibited activities may have their account suspended or terminated. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, offering illegal services, fraud, or harassment. Decisions regarding account termination will be final.
